Megan Decore
Megan has 15 years of experience in OTC brand management and pharmaceutical launch planning. She truly enjoys managing a cross-functional team and thrives in the project management space. Her experience in consumer marketing includes managing brands across multiple categories, including nutritional supplements, cough & cold, and analgesics. In addition, Megan has supported the US launch of several pharmaceutical products, assisting clients in managing the multi-year approval process and ensuring successful commercial readiness.
Prior to joining MCAworks, Megan held several brand management positions at Bayer Consumer Care. She also had a career in sports marketing, working as a marketing & public relations professional for collegiate conferences before joining the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) team in Houston, Texas as their Public Relations Director.
Megan holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University
