Her strength lies in uncovering valuable customer insights through market research and analytics. This expertise allows her to craft compelling product positioning and develop winning strategies informed by both industry trends and consumer needs.

Deborah has a proven track record of success across all phases of the marketing lifecycle.  Her leadership has yielded impactful results in long-range and annual strategic planning, consumer marketing initiatives, brand segmentation, and product launches. This comprehensive experience ensures a holistic approach to brand development and a keen understanding of how to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining MCAworks, Deborah held brand management positions at Bayer, EMD Serono and Welch’s. She also held various consumer and customer insight roles at Information Resources, Inc. and C-Space.
