Connie Headshot

Connie brings over 25 years of experience in business and marketing strategy and has a passion for problem-solving and building brands. Her broad experience base includes strategic planning, vision and growth strategies, launch planning, brand positioning, brand equity extensions, segmentation and targeting, life cycle management, and new product innovation.

Connie has worked extensively in the launch space for the past ten years and possesses extensive knowledge of various launch archetypes, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. She is experienced in all aspects of launch planning across a wide range of therapeutic areas and has led the development of numerous launch roadmaps. She is a strong collaborator with commercial teams to evaluate scenario plans, anticipate potential issues, and strategically align the organization to successfully bring products to market.

Prior Experience

Prior to consulting, Connie held brand management positions at Eli Lilly and Bayer Healthcare, working across a range of familiar pharma and consumer businesses such as Prozac, Bayer Aspirin, Aleve and Alka-Seltzer.

Education

Connie holds both an M.B.A. and an M.S. in International Business from the University of Miami and a B.S. from Southern Illinois University.
