National “Internal Client” 360 Performance Evaluations
Situation
The B2B marketing department of a large supplier to the financial services industry needed to determine areas of improvement in communication and delivery of effective marketing.
Our Approach
MCAworks completed an exhaustive, consistent, and disciplined series of internal interviews with the B2B marketing department and various constituencies the department touched. The resulting set of 360 Evaluations was codified and shared throughout the organization. MCAworks developed an array of recommendations based on those findings and their own background in B2B marketing across a range of industries which the client instituted.
Results
Internal satisfaction ratings and on-time execution of projects have improved.
