Affluent-targeted Loyalty and Credit/Debit Card Strategy

A large supplier to the financial services industry needed to strengthen its offerings and service levels to assist its customers (FI’s) in their efforts to capture the more profitable affluent consumer segment.

Approach:

MCAworks completed a series of one-on-one interviews with target FI personnel to inform a disciplined brainstorming and creative development process. Completion of the creative development process resulted in an array of process and service enhancements.
