Deborah Frank

Deborah brings more than 15 years experience and results in growing brands in challenging categories. Deborah leverages her deep drive to understand the businesses she touches with her ability to synthesize industry and category knowledge together with consumer and customer insights, to build winning strategies and road maps for growth.

Her experience spans across nutritional supplements, food & beverage and OTC in brand management, insights and consulting roles. She has successfully led a range of initiatives including both long range and annual strategic planning; consumer and shopper marketing strategy, segmentation development and execution; new product development and launch management; strategic learning plan development. Prior to her consulting career, Deborah managed familiar brands such as One-A-Day Vitamins, Aleve Cold & Sinus and Welch’s Grape Juice.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining MCAworks, Deborah held brand management positions at Bayer, EMD Serono and Welch’s. She also held various consumer and customer insight roles at Information Resources, Inc. and C-Space.
